Can they draw it right on my phone?
Yes. Hand over your phone or tablet and they draw right in Fabulia, with no sign-in for them. Then you finish it, name it and check the details.
Can I use a photo of my child?
Only in photo mode: the adult who manages their profile, on a paid plan, with consent. One person per photo, screened before use. We delete it straight away and keep no face data, and the character is always illustrated. A photographed drawing is different: we crop it to the artwork only.
How do I photograph a paper drawing?
Lay the page flat in good light and crop to the artwork. Leave out faces, names and school details.
Can it have hearing aids, or a wheelchair?
Yes. Skin tone, hearing aids, a wheelchair, an ostomy pouch, the family they live with: you choose what the character carries.
Will it look the same next time?
Yes. Save the character once and it returns in every new story with the same look.
Does my child need to sign in?
No. Children are profiles you manage, with no login of their own.
How much should we share?
Only what the story needs. A first name and a few favourite things are plenty.
What if a detail comes out wrong?
You review every story before anyone else sees it. Change the detail, or tell us and we will look into it.
What happens after we upload?
You review its name, colours and details, then create. The character is ready for its first story.
Will Fabulia explain what the drawing means?
No. We keep their lines, shapes and colours as they are. Fabulia never interprets or diagnoses a drawing.
